Zheflon® FL2008 PVDF- Injection Grade

Zheflon®FL2008 PVDF homopolymer is low viscosity grade that with high purity. Important properties include excellent chemical resistance to most aggressive substances and solvents, excellent mechanical strength and toughness, high abrasion resistance, high temperature capabilities, excellent aging resistance, low permeability to most gases and liquids and easily melt-processed by standard methods of injection.

  • Process safety instructions
  1. This product should be processed under 260ºC to avoid producing toxic gases.
  2. PVDF has good fire resistance and smoke inhibition property. While, it will release toxic gas and fluorocarbon. compounds when meets with fire.
  3. Operators should pay attention to personal protection during the processing and operating.
  • Packaging and storage
PVDF is packed in a plastic bag and then be put into a PE bag with the net weight 25KGS. It must be stored in clean, cool, dry place.
