Zheflon® FL2001 is a medium-viscosity polyvinylidene fluoride modified polymer that enhances the interaction between polymer molecules, active materials and metal plates, also improves the adhesion performance and corrosion resistance in the electrolyte, which especially suitable for lithium iron phosphate and ternary material systems, that can effectively increase the bending resistance of pole pieces.
Zheflon® FL2001 can effectively reduce the amount of formula, reduce the DC resistance of the battery, improve the energy density and charge-discharge performance of the battery, effectively increase the capacity retention rate of the battery during the cycle, and thus meet the needs of the automotive industry.
