Zheflon® FL2624 PVDF- Separator Grade

Zheflon® FL2624 diaphragm grade polyvinylidene fluoride is an aqueous dispersion or solid powder that is copolymerized with a fluoromonomer, stabilized with a nonionic surfactant. It has the typical characteristics of thermoplastic fluororesin. Also it has excellent chemical stability, temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, weather resistance, good electrical insulation and low friction factor for most active substances and solvents.

  • Process safety instructions
  1. This product should be processed under 260ºC to avoid producing toxic gases.
  2. PVDF has good fire resistance and smoke inhibition property. While, it will release toxic gas and fluorocarbon. compounds when meets with fire.
  3. Operators should pay attention to personal protection during the processing and operating.
  • Packaging and storage
PVDF is packed in a plastic bag and then be put into a PE bag with the net weight 25KGS. It must be stored in clean, cool, dry place.
